THE OWO
New website for London’s most anticipated Landmark destination
One Menagerie was appointed by Jenny Naylor, Head of Marketing, and Charlie Walsh, Head of Residential Sales, to design and develop the website to launch The OWO - London’s most anticipated new destination. Crafted over the last 12 months, the new global platform builds anticipation for The OWO’s opening this summer, following a meticulous six-year transformation and £1.5BN investment. We created an immersive luxury digital experience to bring The OWO’s extraordinary experiences to life online, including the UK’s first Raffles Hotel, nine new restaurants, three iconic bars, Guerlain’s first London spa, active wellness by Pillar Wellbeing, and 85 unique residences managed by Raffles.

Digital artistry for the world's largest private residence yacht
Ahead of a special event hosted at Yacht Club de Monaco during Monaco Yacht Show, Ocean Residences commissioned One Menagerie to create a 2-minute digital teaser video to showcase groundbreaking project – NJORD – the world’s largest private residence yacht with 117 residences for sale. Combining animated visualisation, motion picture, graphic design and wordcraft, we reached new levels of digital artistry bringing to life the exterior and interior yacht design and extraordinary lifestyle experience for future owners.

Crafting a ten-year brand strategy
Over the last decade, Zannier Hotels has opened one-of-a-kind hotels in Europe, Africa and Asia. While the individual hotels have received global acclaim, the brand of Zannier Hotels required clear definition ahead of expansion into the US and Mexico. Working closely with Founder, Arnaud Zannier and his executive team, we originated a new ten-year master brand strategy including brand positioning, brand pillars, tone of voice, all new word-craft at group and individual hotel level. Our ongoing work includes a brand book and tender presentation for investors; dedicated wellness strategy; brand messaging for all channels, phased website refresh and art direction for all creative content.

Custom Life Edition and Future Optimists
December’s tenth edition of PURSUIT magazine marks six years for the publication we produce for client, Ocean Independence, in which we have collaborated with some of the world’s most influential personalities. Leading the CUSTOM LIFE EDITION is Giorgio Armani with an exclusive interview about his eponymous label’s evolution from fashion house to global lifestyle brand. Issue 9, FUTURE OPTIMISTS showcases our original artwork – SUPERTOPIA – encapsulating the special edition’s theme and featuring 65m TELEX by Bannenberg & Rowell. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars selected this edition for an exclusive interview ahead of unveiling their new Coachbuild commission, Boat Tail – another milestone for the magazine that we are incredibly proud of.

Engineering an online global flagship
Supporting the opening of showrooms in London’s Pimlico Design District and New York’s Design Centre, One Menagerie was commissioned to develop an online flagship for Great British furniture and interior accessories brand FBC London. The unique user experience and design system combines brand narrative with highly functional display for over 350 individual products. Our new multi-media content, beautifully animated interactions and emotive wordcraft communicate the creativity, passion and journey of craft behind every extraordinary piece and collection.

Seeking our expertise in elite lifestyle; from super-prime residential to yachting, Clive Christian Furniture has commissioned One Menagerie to oversee the lifestyle concept and creative direction for a series of visuals to launch their new kitchen ranges. Our first piece of photorealistic artistry shows their new Garden Kitchen - inspired by yacht design - in the immersive environment of a Surrey Hills Mansion.
